A Message to School Owners & Administrators During COVID-19

Updated: Apr 2, 2020

Dear School Owners and Administrators,

As you already know, private school management has become a little different in the last few days. Your numbers are dwindling and students find it difficult to continue their education.

In fact, unless you took advantage of the recent Temporary Approval window for switching to online, you will face even more difficult times ahead.

Otero Consulting Group has already helped many schools with the approval process and continues to support schools that are not current clients.

If you have questions about something you are not sure of or just need general advice, Give us a Call!, we are here to help during this difficult time. We will be happy to answer your questions to help you decide on what direction to take.

There is no charge for the call*, just ask away. If you are phone shy, go to our website www.AskOtero.com and you can use our Chat Service or Email Us: info@AskOtero.com

*Please Note: This is not a Sales Call - Otero Consulting Group reserves the right to limit the time and information discussed. Generally, calls are limited to 30-minutes. This Temporary service will be available from 10 AM to 2 PM Mon-Fri. One call per school, please.

For those of you who have already converted to temporary online instruction, here are tips on How to Manage an Effective Remote Workspace:

  • Maintain Regular Hours

  • Create a Morning Routine

  • Set Ground Rules With the People in Your Space

  • Schedule Breaks

  • Take Breaks in Their Entirety

  • Don't Hesitate to Ask for What You Need

  • Keep a Dedicated Office Space

  • Maintain a Separate Phone Number

  • Socialize With Colleagues

  • Take Sick Days

  • Over-communicate

  • Stay positive
